This diminutive stone slate-roofed building with wings extended to either side of a steeply capped octagonal tower, began as a gas station, its fancy architectural styling recalling a bygone era of American car culture. At one end of the building, where there are now offices and shops, was originally a garage door leading into a tiny service bay.
