This set of five row houses, built on the site of one 1920s bungalow, is by the Miami firm Arquitectonica. Their maniacal geometries, articulated with a palette of bold colors—red, turquoise, and yellow here—reflect their effort to compact several houses onto one lot while still preserving access to natural light and air. The houses are each seventeen feet wide and two parking spaces are shoehorned into each carport.
