Architects Susan and Gordon Wittenberg and Mark Oberholzer designed a pair of steel-framed houses—one facing the street, the other an interior parking court—that are surfaced externally with corrugated-steel siding, and with steel decking and concrete floor slabs completely exposed inside. A quality of lightness suffuses the houses, which seem ethereal despite their three-story heights.
