This two-story, side-passage-plan house is an almost giddy exercise in triangulation. At 501 W. Power Avenue is the former Brownson Elementary School of 1909. From the 1970s until 2002 this was the studio of Victoria's best-known twentieth-century artist, Madeline Fleming O'Connor, and for a time of her daughter, artist Nancy O'Connor.
