The construction of I-635 late in the twentieth century along the southern edge of Farmers Branch attracted commercial and corporate development. Extending an extraordinary six hundred feet, the narrow, twelve-story office building dominates the frontage of the Dallas North Tollway. This Postmodern titan has rounded ends, two recessed top floors with paired colonnettes, a hipped roof with a few small dormers, and pink granite cladding. A monumental archway in red granite, crowned with a pediment, penetrates the center of mass.
