Renovated and converted into office suites in 2007 by Spectrum Design, this three-story brick building was constructed as a small-town department store. Above the storefront, the upper stories have pilasters separating the three bays, each with large windows. A classical cornice beneath a low parapet crowns the building. The first-floor recessed entrance leads into one large open room with floor-to-ceiling shelving whose upper reaches are accessed by a rolling ladder. On the rear wall, steps lead to a mezzanine visible through rectilinear railings.
