Exemplifying Gilded Age facadism, this one-story, gracefully aged building has a smooth-faced brick front and cheaper brick side walls. An elaborate cast iron cornice with dentils and modillions ornaments the facade, as does a secondary cornice with inset brick panels. The iron shopfront has fluted pilasters supporting a narrow cast iron band of floral emblems and a metal doorsill stamped “Colorado Iron Works, Denver.”
