A square, Neo-Romanesque tower surmounted by a smaller, subordinate round turret distinguishes this wonderful church designed by a Brooklyn architecture firm. Irregular massing is capped by a roofline punctuated with a row of gabled dormers and a small cupola over the gable crossing. Rough sandstone arches frame windows vibrant with naturalistic flora created by the Omaha Art Stained Glass Company. Although the exterior, of Kansas City pressed brick and red sandstone, remains little altered, the interior has been considerably reworked.
