Part of this subdivided ranch is occupied by the Marolt Housing (1991, Harry Teague), Castle Creek Road and Cemetery Lane, a well-designed, low-budget dormitory and dining hall for seasonal workers. The Holden Silver Lixiviation Mill (1891) (NR) survives on Castle Creek Road near the bridge over Colorado 82 at the north end of town.
