This high, square, Italianate dwelling was built by Col. Alfred Hebard, the founder of Red Oak. There are narrow curved corner windows between the heavy paired brackets within the entablature. Quoining appears at the corners of the brick walls, and U-shaped stone lintels were used above all of the major windows and doors.
