The three-story Offenhauser building recognizes State Line Avenue with an angled wall that once accommodated a second-story gallery utilized by city officials as a parade reviewing stand. Other public-spirited features include a recessed street arcade along 4th Street (which also originally extended along Pine Street) and a small plaza on the building’s south side.
